Though there seems to be a general trend of ever more popular alternative approaches to health, many of us linger between the fine line that divides intention and action that can stop us from improving or making a lifestyle change to better health. The intention for this group is to educate ourselves through community-based gatherings as well as more cozy smaller-group and one-one affairs.
